Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm

One private initial consultation is recommended prior to joining the group class. This includes a thorough health history, postural analysis, and foundation work in the Pilates fundamentals.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed unless another client can be booked in replacement. Thank you for your cooperation.
