
With your personal goals in mind, your instructor will create a unique program based on your individual strengths, needs and goals. The one-on-one interaction between you and your instructor allows the most effective method to strengthening your body by offering individual training and guidance to create the best possible movement program for you. Pilates equipment will be utilized to help improve core strength, flexibility and control. Your instructor will direct you with the appropriate verbal and visual clues and teach you the proper execution of each exercise.
